Road Maintenance Management System and Tracker Management System

Paveline International is excited to provide the industry with the next round of productivity improvements.  Paveline International has developed a road maintenance management system that combines the latest Navman GPS vehicle tracking systems with a software suite especially designed for road maintenance.  The Paveline Road Maintenance system seamlessly integrates with the Navman system providing a powerful road maintenance extension called the Tracker Management System.  The Tracker Management System provides:  Vehicle Tracking, Mobile Messaging, Navigation, Driver Management, and Telemetry Monitoring of the vehicle.  It can be installed on any vehicle, eg. Paveline AutoPatch, street sweepers, gang trucks, tractors and slashers, and ranger vehicles.

The Paveline Road Maintenance system work flow is:

Survey - Road maintenance issues (eg. request to repair pot holes, fix road signs, replace guide posts, perform heavy patching) are reported to the system from either Survey Vehicles fitted with Navman GPS or from simple map based programs.

Allocate - Team leaders analyse the maintenance issues and create repair tasks. Repair tasks can be prioritised, scheduled and allocated to vehicles and road crews.

Action - A daily list of repair tasks is presented to the vehicle driver via the "in-cab" GPS screen. The Tracker Management System also takes care of all the data logging, recording GPS positions and times for the various activities the work crew does during the day.

Reporting - Reporting is done using the new and innovative Paveline tools which are specifically designed for road maintenance vehicles and the Navman Online AVL program.
